Job Title: Planning Executive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Descriptions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
Generate and maintain maintenance reports, documenting work performed, issues encountered, and resolutions achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Communicate maintenance updates, progress reports, and service schedules to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain an issues log to track and document project \u2013 related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance activities and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, warehouse, sales and account team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HND \/ B.Sc in any discipline
1 \u2013 2 years working experience
Good in technical matters
A process\/system driven person
Eloquent Speaker with good writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office usage.
Must be a person of integrity, be assertive and a proactive self-starter
Candidates must possess all other relevant qualifications.

Maintain and update customer data (SAP, ERP, and CRM).
Prepare sales quotation, sales orders, and ERP report.
Monitor daily sales activities, leads and opportunities.
Assist with preparation of bids and proposals.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Collate and prepare sales reports.
Manage customer\u2019s vendor portal.
Preparation of project costing.
