Job Descriptions
Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
Generate and maintain maintenance reports, documenting work performed, issues encountered, and resolutions achieved.
Communicate maintenance updates, progress reports, and service schedules to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain an issues log to track and document project – related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.
Coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance activities and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, warehouse, sales and account team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in any discipline
1 – 2 years working experience
Good in technical matters
A process/system driven person
Eloquent Speaker with good writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office usage.
Must be a person of integrity, be assertive and a proactive self-starter
Candidates must possess all other relevant qualifications.
